
GREENWOOD HEIGHTS — PERMITS HAVE BEEN FILED to demolish a small, single-family home at 280 19th St. between 5th and 6th avenues in Greenwood Heights, to be replaced with a five-story residential building, according to YIMBY. The planned 50-foot-tall development will provide six residential units averaging 834 square feet, most likely rentals, plus a cellar and rear yard, and will be the tallest building in the immediate area, according to Google Maps.
Kevin Wey of 280 Merlion LLC is listed as the owner; Archwey Architect is listed as the architect of record. Demolition permits were filed in December.
