DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — NICK CAVE and the Bad Seeds delivered an emotional performance at the Barclays Center last week, highlighting Cave’s newest album, “Wild God.”
The April 17 show featured new dramatic tracks like “Frogs” and “Joy,” alongside classics such as “Red Right Hand.” Forbes reported that Cave, backed by a choir and the versatile Bad Seeds, created a “religious revival”-like atmosphere.
St. Vincent’s intense opening set, with songs from “All Born Screaming,” complemented the night. Cave’s solo encore, “Into My Arms,” left the audience moved.
