DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — DEVELOPER LARRY SILVERSTEIN is preparing to relaunch sales at Brooklyn Tower, the city’s first supertall outside Manhattan, after assuming full control of the project last year, according to The Real Deal. Silverstein has hired Corcoran Sunshine to lead sales and marketing at the mixed-use 9 DeKalb Ave. development, replacing Douglas Elliman. Sales are expected to resume in April, and Jodi Stasse will oversee leasing for the building’s 400 rental units.
Only 20 of the tower’s 143 condos have sold since its 2022 launch, with average closing prices falling below initial projections. The relaunch aims to revive interest in Brooklyn’s tallest skyscraper.
