BAY RIDGE — THE NYPD THIS WEEK ANNOUNCED that a Staten Island man has been charged in a 2023 Bay Ridge hit-and-run. Joshua Joshi, of New Springville, allegedly struck Anne-Marie Wiesner at the intersection of Marine Avenue and 96th Street with a black sedan before speeding off, on the evening of Nov. 16, 2023. Joshi was arrested on Friday around 7:50 a.m.
Wiesner’s body suffered much physical trauma, according to Staten Island Live. Police recovered her body from under a parked car nearby the incident.
