BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — POLICE ON FRIDAY IDENTIFIED the victim of a fatal shooting in Bed-Stuy on Thursday as Shyhemm Lee, age 28, of Brownsville. Shortly before midnight on Sept. 11, police responded to a 911 call at 380 Lexington Ave. discovered Lee with a gunshot wound to the head, as well as a 23-year-old woman with a graze wound to the neck. Both victims were brought to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County where Lee was pronounced deceased. The female victim was in stable condition.
There had been no arrests as of Friday, and the investigation remained ongoing.
