WILLIAMSBURG — A new four-story residential building at 71 S. 4th St. in Williamsburg is wrapping up exterior work, reports NY YIMBY. The 55-foot-tall, 4,324-square-foot building features a white brick façade with recessed windows.
Located between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue, the property replaces a two-story house, and will feature six rental units.
The project, designed by Infocus Design and Planning and developed by Mike Reznik of WH Capital, was originally set to be completed in the spring of this year.
