PARK SLOPE — PERMITS WERE FILED on Saturday for a 14-story mixed-use building at 67 Fourth Avenue in Park Slope, near the Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center subway station, New York YIMBY reports. Owned by Shimon Kleinman, the building will offer 99 residences and 5,872 square feet of commercial space. A structure currently on the site will be demolished.
YIMBY supposes the project will likely feature rentals based on the 839-square-foot units.
