
An innocent bystander died after being caught in the crossfire of what appears to be a random shooting at the corner of Myrtle and Grand Avenues shortly before midnight on Friday, May 31, said police.
The man, said to be 23-year-old Antonio Wilson, was leaving a nearby restaurant when he was hit in the right armpit by one of dozens of bullets that were flying after an altercation between other individuals nearby.
The victim was taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
No arrests have yet been made and police state that the investigation is ongoing.
