Twins become city hospital system’s first newborns of 2025
EAST FLATBUSH — The City’s public health care system and reportedly Brooklyn’s first births of the year were twin girls born at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County Wednesday morning just after midnight. The first baby girl was born at 12:01 a.m., weighing six pounds and 13.9 ounces, and the second baby girl was born at 12:02 a.m., weighing five pounds and 15.4 ounces.
The twins, whose names have not yet been announced, were born to parents Sheneece Crumbie and Jordan Tomlinson of Crown Heights and are the couple’s third and fourth child.
