DYKER HEIGHTS — A FORMER RITE AID on Fort Hamilton Parkway has sold for $10 million, as investors continue buying up storefronts vacated after the pharmacy chain’s bankruptcy, Crain’s New York Business reports.
Property records show Pearl Peihua Zheng, through LIF 6411 Holding, purchased the one-story retail building at 6411 Fort Hamilton Parkway. The nearly 18,000-square-foot lot, between 64th and 65th streets, is zoned for medium-density residential use, though no new building permits have been filed.
The sellers were four limited liability companies tied to members of the Saunders, Calabria, Graziano and Cipriano families. Records indicate Alexander Cipriano acquired the property in 1980.
Rite Aid shuttered all locations last year after filing for Chapter 11 protection for a second time in two years. At least 33 former city sites were put up for auction, as developers reposition high-visibility retail corners for new uses.

SUNSET PARK — “As a resident of Marine Park, one of the great surprises I found biking around Industry City and visiting Japan Village was to discover Bush Terminal Park.
