    The Federal Courthouse in Downtown Brooklyn was ev The Federal Courthouse in Downtown Brooklyn was evacuated for hours on Thursday as FDNY, NYPD, Emergency Services and HAZMAT responded to a report of a delivery of a suspicious package containing an unknown substance. Courthouse personnel were told to just drop what they were doing and get out.
