Baruch College and New York Law School, Justice Cenceria Edwards has amassed over two decades of experience in law, auditing and taxation since starting her career at Arthur Andersen in 1988. Her legal practice extends to New York State Courts, the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Tax Court.     The famous Coney Island Cyclone roller coaster was The famous Coney Island Cyclone roller coaster was shut down indefinitely after coming to a stop mid-ride last week. The 97-year-old wooden roller coaster at Luna Park was on its ascent on Thursday when ride operators took it out of service due to a damaged chain sprocket in the motor room.     Roughly 430 people attended a recent online inform Roughly 430 people attended a recent online information session about the Brooklyn Marine Terminal Project — a $95 million plan allowing the city to consolidate its control of a 122-acre site which runs along the Columbia Waterfront District and Red Hook between Atlantic Avenue and Wolcott Street. This was the first opportunity for the public to learn about the plan, heralded by officials as a means to transform the Brooklyn Marine Terminal into a modern maritime port and mixed-use site.     Brooklyn-born Charlie Moss whose successful ad cam Brooklyn-born Charlie Moss whose successful ad campaigns to promote New York became household jingles, died in early August, New York Times obituary writer Sam Roberts reported on Friday. During New York’s 1970s financial crisis, Moss was the advertising executive credited with the “I Love NY” tourism campaign that was the fruit of group collaboration. The designer of that logo, Milton Glaser, died in 2020, according to a Times obituary. Though a stereotypically “grandma” hobby, more Gen-Zers and millennials are knitting, crocheting and crafting.  Malone opened Cleo’s Yarn Shop in 2022 after building a successful yarn business with their mother in Santa Rosa, California. Cleo’s was originally located in a warehouse in East Williamsburg, about a 15-minute walk from the Montrose Ave. subway station.
