Permits filed for expansion at 2352 Atlantic Ave. in East New York

EAST NEW YORK — A FOUR-STORY, FOUR-UNIT residential building at 2352 Atlantic Ave. is set to add more than 10,000 square feet and eight more apartments, with new permits filed to horizontally extend the structure into what is currently an empty lot, according to city records. The average unit size will be 883 square feet; plans also call for a penthouse, as well as a cellar and rear yard, reports NY YIMBY.

The building is owned by Yuriy Rubinov, under 3058 Bracha LLC. James Chun of Chun Engineering Consultant is listed as the architect.
