Cobble Hill’s TALEA and upstate’s Phoenicia Diner collaborate on beer, pancake pop-up

COBBLE HILL — BEER IN THE MORNING? That’s just calories! Residents and fans of starchy food and alcohol can show up to TALEA Beer Co. and Catskills-based Phoenicia Diner’s pop-ups on Feb. 8-9 for beer and pancakes. The pop-up will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at various TALEA locations: Cobble Hill, Bryant Park, the West Village and Williamsburg. Plates can be pre-ordered through TALEA’s website.

The pop-up will feature a special Rise & Shine Coffee Kolsch, a specialty beer blended with coffee beans, according to TimeOut.
