
Ex-con with “Money Problems” tattoo arrested in Brooklyn bank robbery

WINDSOR TERRACE — PETER RODRIGUEZ, 45, a career criminal with over 80 arrests and a neck tattoo reading “Money Problems, was arrested by police for allegedly robbing a Santander Bank branch on Prospect Park West on Thursday morning, just 30 minutes after the crime.
The Daily News reports that Rodriguez allegedly fled with $1,616, but was tracked via a hidden GPS device placed in the cash bag. Police apprehended him after he fell trying to scale a fence near Prospect Avenue and Seeley Street, half a mile from the bank.
Charged with robbery and resisting arrest, Rodriguez had previously served time for grand larceny and drug-related crimes, and has previously been arrested for bank robberies.
