
Subway robbery in Borough Park

BOROUGH PARK – POLICE ARE SEARCHING for a group of unidentified individuals who at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14, approached a 44-year-old man aboard an F train, and displayed a baseball bat, a knife and pieces of lumber. The group then forcibly removed the victim’s cellphone, before pushing the victim out of the subway car onto the platform at the 18th Avenue station. The group remained on the southbound train to parts unknown. No injuries were reported.
