GREENPOINT — SINGER JOE JONAS HAS BEEN SEEN house-hunting in Greenpoint, checking out a $5.65 million penthouse triplex at 584 Leonard St.

The 3,102-square-foot home features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and expansive outdoor areas. Located north of McCarren Park, it offers an upgrade for Jonas, who, sources told the New York Post, seeks more space for his two daughters. The star is already a Brooklyn resident, having purchased an apartment in DUMBO last year for $6.7 million.

The triplex also includes a primary bedroom suite, a 1,000-square-foot rooftop terrace, a 30-foot-tall atrium, an open chef’s kitchen and impressive views of the cityscape.
