Excavation set to begin for Williamsburg condos

WILLIAMSBURG — WORKERS ARE SET TO BEGIN excavation for a new four-story residential building at 176 Frost St., replacing a 126-year-old structure demolished last year. NY YIMBY reports that the 50-foot-tall future condominium, designed by Infocus for URD 176 Frost LLC, will span 10,536 square feet and will feature six apartments and a penthouse, with an average size of 1,505 square feet, as well as a roof deck and front lawn.
Renderings show an industrial-inspired design featuring arched brick frames, black mullioned windows and recessed balconies. Completion is expected in February 2026.
