
Fire at Crown Heights home on Sunday

CROWN HEIGHTS — FIREFIGHTERS RESPONDED to a blaze that broke out at 1035 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights between Brooklyn and Kingston Avenues on Monday, according to CrownHeights.info. Traffic was reported in the area as a result of emergency workers attempting to extinguish the fire. Firefighters reportedly said the fire had begun inside the building’s walls, before spreading from the basement to the second floor.
The fire was put out without any reports of injuries to residents or personnel. Video footage shows firefighters cutting through window bars at the front of the building and working quickly to go inside.
