Affordable housing lottery open at 1024 Manhattan Ave.

GREENPOINT — NEW YORKERS MAKING 130% of the Area Median Income can now join the affordable housing lottery for 1024 Manhattan Ave. in Greenpoint, reports NY YIMBY. 10 of the building’s 30 units are designated as affordable. To be eligible, tenants must make $92,572 to $218,000. The deadline for applications is on Jan. 15. The building is pet-friendly; amenities include bike storage, a virtual doorman, package lockers and a rooftop terrace.

Available units include one studio at $2,700 per month for incomes between $92,572 and $161,590. Additionally, four one-bedroom apartments are listed at $3,050 monthly for those earning $104,572 to $181,740. Five two-bedroom units are also available at $3,950 monthly, with income requirements from $135,429 to $218,010.
