BOERUM HILL — CONSTRUCTION ON A distinctive residential condo building in Boerum Hill at 345 Bergen Street has wrapped up, reports New York YIMBY. The building’s lot, near the corner of Bergen and Fourth Avenue, is only 25 feet wide, while the building is six stories tall. Designed by the Highrise Group, 345 Bergen St. houses six full-floor condos with two- and three-bedroom layouts. The façade’s beige brick and black accents set off recessed, industrial-type windows which stretch from the floor to the ceiling of the units.

Amenities for the condos include chef’s kitchens, key-locked elevator access and in-unit laundry equipment, and the residence includes a locker and package room.
