Coldwell Banker Warburg leases office space in DUMBO

DUMBO — A PROMINENT LUXURY REAL ESTATE brokerage with a long history in the five boroughs has leased an office in a DUMBO co-working space. The office will be a satellite of Coldwell Banker Warburg’s Manhattan operations. The company is an evolution of Warburg Realty, founded in 1896 and formerly the longest-standing independent real estate firm in Manhattan, and in 2021 became branded under Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.

“As we continue to grow, it’s clear that we need to expand our existing footprint in Brooklyn to help our agents meet the demands of its fast-paced market,” said Kevelyn Guzman, Regional Vice President at Coldwell Banker Warburg.
