NEW YORK CITY — AMERICAN-STYLE RESTAURANT SOUP-N-BURGER expanded from Brooklyn to Manhattan with its second location holding a soft opening Monday at 1712 Second Avenue between 88th and 89th streets, an employee tells East Side Feed. The original restaurant opened up in Sheepshead Bay in 2017 at 1825 Emmons Ave. and also offers hookah.
