Brooklyn Public Library’s top checkouts for 2024

BOROUGHWIDE — THE BROOKLYN PUBLIC LIBRARY system has listed their top checkouts for 2024. The following titles are the top five: “Happy Place” by Emily Henry; “Tomorrow, tomorrow, and tomorrow” by Grabrielle Zevin; “Fourth Wing” by Rebecca Yarros; “The woman in me” by Britney Spears; and “I’m glad my mom died” by Jeanette McCurdy.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn’s young adult readers have their own favorite author — Sarah J. Mass, who wrote all three top YA checkouts: “A Court of Thorns and Roses;” “Throne of Glass” and “Crown of Midnight.”
