SHEEPSHEAD BAY — THE NYPD IS SEARCHING for suspects involved in a Saturday afternoon shooting at the Sheepshead Bay Q station, near Avenue U and East 15th Street. At around 3:30 p.m at the station’s elevated platform, according to police sources, two men were shot: an 18-year old and a 21-year old. One of the victims ran down the street, where officers found and aided him. The suspects are believed to be one male and one female, and may have fled on the Q train.

Both victims are in stable condition and were treated at a local hospital, according to ABC7 Eyewitness News. Security camera footage displays subway riders running out of the station and onto the street in a panic after shots were fired.
