Police search for man who shot 14-year-old multiple times in Brooklyn
SOUTH WILLIAMSBURG — A 14-YEAR-OLD BOY was shot multiple times by an unidentified man while standing in front of the Taylor Street-Wythe Avenue Community Center at 89 Clymer St. in South Williamsburg on Sunday, Dec. 8, around 4:40 p.m., police said. The assailant barraged the boy with gunfire, striking him in the right hip, right arm and left hand, and then fled the location on foot in an unknown direction. EMS transported the victim to NYC Health+Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition.
Police released a surveillance photo of the suspect on Monday. Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782), on X @NYPDTips or by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website.
