Interior, specs revealed for Brooklyn’s most expensive condo

DUMBO — PHOTOS AND OTHER DETAILS have been released of the most expensive condo for sale in the Brooklyn borough, which is currently on the market for $19.5 million, according to 6sqft and Architectural Digest. The condo takes up the entire 32nd floor of the triangular Olympia Dumbo building at 30 Front Street. The penthouse is 4,928 square feet, and boasts five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.

John Gomes of The Elkund / Gomes Team at listing agent Douglas Elliman spoke with 6sqft: “With breathtaking panoramic views that stretch from harbor to skyline, meticulously curated design and unparalleled privacy, this penthouse redefines what it means to live in Brooklyn,” Gomes said.
