Annual Heights Montague Street Christmas tree lighting

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — THE BROOKLYN HEIGHTS GARDEN CLUB will host the annual Brooklyn Heights Christmas tree lighting at the Montague Street Promenade entrance on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at 5:30 p.m. Grace Chorale of Brooklyn will perform carols during the ceremony. Following the event, which has been held since the 40s, carolers will continue to the Brooklyn Women’s Exchange on Montague Street, which will extend its holiday shopping hours until 7:00 p.m., according to the Brooklyn Heights Blog.

The Exchange will also open Monday, Dec. 23, from noon to 6:00 p.m. for last-minute holiday shopping.
