Housing lottery opens for 827 Sterling in Crown Heights

CROWN HEIGHTS — THE HOUSING LOTTERY FOR 827 STERLING in Crown Heights has opened to the public, New York YIMBY reports. Out of 76 residential units in the building, 23 are designated as affordable, with eligibility set at 130% of the Area Median Income, ranging from $108,000-$218,010. Within this range, there are three studios, 15 one-bedrooms and five two-bedrooms available at the amenity-packed development, which includes hardwood floors, a gym, a children’s playroom, a dog-washing station, a garage with electric vehicle charging stations and a rooftop terrace.

The building was designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Haussmann Development. The Brooklyn Eagle reported on the financing of 827 Sterling on Sept. 29, 2023.
