DOWNTOWN — SVETLANA DALI, 57, the Russian national who stowed away on a flight from JFK to Paris last week, was released on a personal recognizance bond on Friday, Dec. 6 in Brooklyn Federal Court by Judge Joseph Marutollo, according to the Eastern District of New York. Conditions include GPS monitoring, a curfew, and her promise to attend all scheduled proceedings as required. Dali will be living with a friend from church in Philadelphia, which the court verified by calling him on the record, according to the Eastern District. She must not leave the city of Philadelphia, except to attend court or meet with her lawyer or pre-trial services in New York. And she may not enter any airports, according to the bond paperwork provided to the Brooklyn Eagle.

According to the legal complaint, on Nov. 26, Dali snuck onto Delta Airlines flight DL264 at JFK without a boarding pass by “entering through a special lane for airline employees masked by a large Air Europa flight crew.”
