Police search for armed robber in Cypress Hills

CYPRESS HILLS — POLICE HAVE RELEASED PHOTOS of a suspect wanted in an armed robbery in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. On Wednesday, Oct. 30, at approximately 4 p.m., a 25-year-old male victim arranged to meet with an unidentified individual inside of 305 Jerome St., an address shared by an apartment building and a deli. Upon meeting, however, the suspect displayed a firearm and removed jewelry from the victim, then fled the location on foot. No injuries were reported. Photos show the suspect wearing a bright red jacket with black lapels, matching red sneakers, black pants, a white shirt with a design, and sunglasses, with hair in short dreads.
