BBG’s Lightscape show returning for the winter
PROSPECT HEIGHTS – THE BROOKLYN BOTANIC GARDEN’S Lightscape winter light show is set to return later this month for the fourth year. The nighttime outdoor show will feature a mile-long trail of lights, interactive exhibits and installations, including both new pieces created for the garden and returning favorites; guests can also enjoy seasonal treats at pop-up concession stops and at the “Lightscape Lodge” at the Garden’s Magnolia Cafe.
The Brooklyn Paper reports that new exhibits will include a piece called “Ribbon Tunnel,” a piece called “Butterfly Effect” at the garden’s lily pools, and a light show at Bluebell Wood.
Lightscape will run from Nov. 22 to Jan. 5; tickets are available online on the BBG’s website, and start at $24 for adults and $12 for children.
