Brook-Krasny wins as McCreight concedes tight race

DYKER HEIGHTS – INCUMBENT ASSEMBLYMEMBER ALEC Brook-Krasny held onto his statehouse seat on Tuesday night as Democrat Chris McCreight conceded the closely-fought race, reports the Brooklyn Paper. Brook-Krasny won 52% of southern Brooklyn’s 46th Assembly District to McCreight’s 47%, as of Tuesday night.

Brook-Krasny is a veteran politician who in 2022 switched parties from Democrat to Republican.
