FORT GREENE – POLICE ARE SEARCHING for missing girl Rayne Dubbard-King, age 13, who was last seen on the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 1, at 2 p.m. while leaving her Monument Walk residence near Commodore Barry Park. She is described as Black, approximately 5’ 2”, and weighs about 115 pounds.
