Police ask for help identifying Brooklyn shooting/slashing suspect
CYPRESS HILLS — POLICE ARE ASKING the public to help identify one of two men who shot and slashed a 26-year-old man at Fulton and Elton streets in Cypress Hills on Sunday, Sept. 22, just after midnight. One suspect displayed a firearm and discharged multiple rounds, striking the victim in the left shoulder, and the second man slashed the victim in the face with a knife, police said.
EMS transported the victim to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in stable condition. Police have released a photo of one of the suspects, who is described as a male with black hair and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black and red shirt, dark colored jeans and black and red sneakers.
