MONTAGUE STREET — Taking over the large banking floor space of a landmark facade at 181 Montague Street, TD Bank has installed one of its new branches as part of the bank’s Next Generation Store Program. Formerly located down the street at the corner of Court and Montague, TD’s new location opened with a ‘fall festival theme’ featuring autumnal treats and stilt streetwalkers.
“We are thrilled to continue providing our personalized banking approach to the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood in a new and improved space,” said Alan Nossen, Retail Market president for New York City.
In addition to the Brooklyn Heights store, TD Bank is investing in renovating other existing locations through the bank’s Next Generation Store Program. To date, three stores have been renovated in Brooklyn and seven stores in New York City. All of these stores have a dedicated space for financial advisors.
Using the slogan, “America’s Most Convenient Bank,” TD remains “passionate about offering the same key products, services and advice that help our customers reach their financial goals,” according to Nossen.
“The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce is happy to support our friends at TD Bank as they opened their new branch on Montague Street in Downtown Brooklyn, “ said Randy Peers, president & CEO of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. “Over the last few years, we have helped to facilitate several TD Brooklyn branch openings, and each one is special and unique because TD takes good care to ensure that they are truly catering to the local community.”
