Subway trains collide with two persons, in separate incidents, early Monday

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT/BOROUGH PARK — TWO PEOPLE DIED WHEN SUBWAY TRAINS HIT THEM in the early-morning hours of Monday, Sept. 30, according to local media via the NYPD. In the first incident that happened around 3:35 a.m., a man walking on the northbound N train tracks at 62nd Street and New Utrecht Avenue in Borough Park was hit around and pronounced dead at 3:53 a.m. Later, at 7:15 a.m., a northbound C train struck another man who had gotten onto the tracks at Fulton Street and Thomas S. Boyland Street in Bed-Stuy.
