Boy goes missing near Gateway Center

EAST NEW YORK — POLICE ARE URGENTLY searching for missing boy Gregory Murdock, 11, who was last seen around 11 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, around the Gateway Center mall. Gregory is described as Black with a dark complexion, around 5’7” and 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing gray school pants, a tan sweater with writing on the back, and white and black Nike sneakers.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or on X @NYPDTips.
