Sundaes and sips in the sun, at Montague Open Streets
BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — SPEND A RELAXING day on car-free Montague Street this Sunday, Sept. 22, with free activities, entertainment and more for the Montague Open Streets event. Featured this week are Sundae Sundays at L’Appartement 4F, which is serving to-go tahini cookie sundaes, charcuterie boxes and biodynamic wine (which you can enjoy at the adults-only Sip Spot) from 12-6 p.m.; free lemonade for kids at Chama Mama; merchant specials and more. Montague Street will be closed to cars and parking from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Montague Open Streets takes place between Clinton and Hicks streets and is presented by the Montague Street BID in partnership with the Brooklyn Heights Association and the NYC Department of Transportation.
