SUNSET PARK — THE HAMILTON AVENUE Home Depot, which had been closed since March due to the partial collapse of the parking deck, finally reopened after completing renovations. To celebrate, all are invited to its grand re-opening event featuring food trucks, prizes, giveaways and more on Thursday, Sept. 19, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The store has the same footprint as before with new and modernized displays, showrooms, flexible checkout and customer service area. An outdoor garden center is expected to open in February 2025. 

Many Brooklyn employees are returning to their former jobs at the revamped location, Home Depot said in a release.
