Police seek six women who beat senior on subway

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — POLICE ARE SEARCHING for a group of six female individuals in connection with an assault on a senior at the Rockaway Avenue A and C station this week. According to the NYPD, in the early hours of Monday, Aug. 26, a 76-year-old male victim was sitting on a bench on the station platform when he was approached by the group. Five of the suspects then punched and kicked the victim’s head, one striking him in the head with a scooter, before fleeing out of the station in an unknown direction. The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
