Brannan: Free flood kits for District 47 residents

BAY RIDGE — IN LIGHT OF THE HEAVY RAINFALL over the past week or so, Councilmember Justin Brannan’s office (D-47) is distributing free flood kits to any household in District 47 that needs one, courtesy of NYC Emergency Management and DEP. The kits contain fully submersible sump pumps, hydra barriers and water leakage alarms.

“Stop by my office or give us a call (718-748-5200) to claim yours,” Brannan said in his newsletter. Brannan’s office address is 8203 3rd Avenue, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
