The Brooklyn Bar Association (BBA) is set to host its Second Annual BBQ Fundraiser at the Kings County Supreme Court parking lot, located at 360 Adams St., on Sept. 10 at 5:30 p.m. The event aims to raise essential funds for the BBA, with tickets priced at $100 each.

This year’s BBQ is being hosted by a trio of the association’s leaders: past president Hon. Frank Seddio, former Surrogate Court Judge and immediate past President Joseph Rosato, and current BBA President Anthony Vaughn.

The event promises to build on the success of last year’s inaugural fundraiser, which saw a vibrant turnout and was marked by a spirit of community and collaboration among the local legal fraternity.

In the previous year’s event, Joseph Rosato, in his first week as BBA President, collaborated with Judge Seddio to organize the BBQ, creating a space for judges, lawyers, court officers and court employees to connect over good food and shared interests. The event drew around 150 attendees and was a significant success at the time.
