Police seek bus rider for ‘public lewdness’

MARINE PARK — POLICE ARE SEARCHING for an unidentified man who shortly before midnight on Tuesday, July 16, performed a lewd act while on a B3 bus driving on Avenue U, in front of a 43-year-old woman. He exited the bus at Avenue U and Flatbush Avenue and fled. The sought individual is described as a male with a thin build and a dark complexion and was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, green pants, a black backpack and gray sneakers.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or on X @NYPDTips.
