Frank Carone, the well-known Brooklyn attorney and former president of the Brooklyn Bar Association, is leveraging his stature and influence to make a power play in the consulting industry.

Carone’s firm, Oaktree Solutions, announced that former U.S. Representative Max Rose will join as the new managing director for federal and international affairs.

Rose, who has built an impressive resume as a Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient, former senior advisor to the Secretary of Defense, and representative for New York, is expected to bring considerable experience and gravitas to Oaktree Solutions. In his new role, he will provide strategic guidance and support to an array of clients, drawing from the diverse skills and values he’s developed over the years.
