A federal court judge sitting in Brooklyn, Hon. William Kuntz, unsealed video exhibits on Wednesday of subway shooter Frank James during the bloody scene inside of the N train subway car immediately after James stopped shooting and before the train doors opened.

The video shows the train pull into the station at 36th Street along Fourth Avenue in Brooklyn, and the passengers pour out of the train car onto the platform.

Frank James, 63, has been charged with shooting a gun on a crowded Brooklyn subway train last April that left 10 people wounded. He pleaded guilty in federal court on Tuesday to 10 counts of committing a terrorist attack, and one county of discharging a firearm during a crime of violence. He had previously pleaded not guilty last May.

Federal prosecutors claim that James put on a gas mask, set off a smoke device, and fired a handgun at least 33 times on the N-train in the afternoon on April 12, 2022. Ten people were wounded by the gunfire and at least 19 others were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation and other injuries.

Another video shows James walking towards the subway entrance along Fourth Avenue in Brooklyn while dressed in orange emergency gear with a yellow hard-hat and he is pulling a suitcase.
