DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — One of the perks of living or working in Downtown Brooklyn is easy access to the inaugural holiday market at Brooklyn Borough Hall, presented by Urbanspace.
The market, which resembles a little village snuggled within Borough Hall Plaza near the corner of Joralemon and Court streets, features roughly 50 local artisans selling handmade crafts, clothing, antiques and other gift possibilities, along with food and beverages. (We’re told the hot chocolate is killer.)
The market operates daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., unitl Dec. 26. If you don’t live or work in Brooklyn, never fear: The market is just steps away from numerous subway lines including the 2, 3, 4, 5 and R trains and a stone’s throw from the A and C lines.
