Woman dies in Third Avenue crash

Rose Gargano died after she crashed her car into a pillar on Third Avenue and 52nd Street.

A 70-year-old Bay Ridge woman died after she lost control of her car in Sunset Park July 30.

Cops said Rose Gargano crashed her 2020 Range Rover into a pillar on Third Avenue and 52nd Street at 3:42 p.m.

EMS rushed Gargano to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where she was pronounced dead.

The investigation is ongoing.
