On Wednesday, June 22, District Leader Dionne Brown-Jordan (D-Brooklyn, 46th AD) announced the endorsement of former Congressman Max Rose for her candidacy for Assembly District 46.

“I’ve known Dionne as a longtime community activist who went above and beyond during the COVID pandemic to provide support and assistance to the most vulnerable. That is why I am proud to endorse the candidacy of Dionne Brown-Jordan for the 46th Assembly District,” said Congressman Max Rose.

“I am thrilled to have the endorsement of Congressman Max Rose,” said Dionne Brown-Jordan. “Max is a fearless leader in our community and fought for some of the most critical issues to AD46 when he was in Congress. From transit funding infrastructure to taking guns off our streets, from protecting a woman’s right to reproductive health to protecting seniors, Max knows what it takes to advocate for the community and bring meaningful change. His support is a personal affirmation of our shared commitment to creating a South Brooklyn that can be better for all residents. I’m honored to have his endorsement in our campaign’s growing coalition.”
