NEW YORK — Norwegian parade: Noted Norse representative Heidi Olufsen, Norwegian Consulate General — shown above with 17th of May Chairwoman Arlene Bakke Rutuelo — was in attendance at this year’s 17th of May Norse celebration, in Bay Ridge.
